Cod Almondine

Scarborough landed cod fillet served on green stir-fry, topped with herb, orange zest and almonds panko crust, finished off with blood orange compote

½ lobster cooked in garlic butter or thermidor sauce served with Mediterranean dressed salad

 

Beef brisket surf & turf

Beef brisket, slow cooked for 12 hours, pan seared in garlic butter, served on the bed of crushed potato, topped with wild mushrooms and fried onions, accompanied with garlic butter king prawns, finished off with black truffle and wild mushroom sauce
